As you might imagine with our heritage and pedigree we are very careful about the selection and ongoing development of each of our Specialists, applying rigorous assessments for suitability. Feedback from our clients ensures we maintain the highest standards and that each Specialist remains engaged with the participants they are training.

Lindsey Woodrow – Director
Lindsey joined Mancroft in 2002 following a career in administration and project management in the insurance and property sector. Her background and experience has helped to lay down solid and effective systems and processes within Mancroft. Lindsey is also a proud mother of two boys, both under 10, and in her own time enjoys family days out with her boys and husband. She also loves cooking, eating out, reading and socialising with friends.

Naomi Alexander – Events Manager
Naomi joined Mancroft in early 2008 and quickly progressed to take up the position of Events Manager. Naomi organises all the events, from Business Briefings and Open Courses, through to full in-house Programmes with multiple course delivery at locations worldwide. Very much a key person in the business, Naomi will answer any questions you have regarding a forthcoming event or put you through to the appropriate person.
Outside of Mancroft, Naomi enjoys music, socialising, eating out and singing!

Kirsty Perrin – PR Manager
Kirsty’s working life in PR began in the consumer sector, but she soon realised that her passion did not lie here. In 2011, Kirsty joined Mancroft with genuine desire & enthusiasm to help people realise their full potential.
Kirsty enjoys the challenge of juggling work with her young family and firmly believes that your attitude can shape your life. Having grown-up with The Winning Edge principles, Kirsty’s philosophy is to be the best you can be and to enjoy what you do.
