We operate as a Learning and Development Provider, not merely a Training Company.  Our services are much more than just training. The organisations who buy from us do so for several reasons; many of which you will already be aware of having read this far in our Prospectus.

As we create, develop and refine our own Programmes we are in a very different position to Training Companies who simply import or buy in Programmes to sell.  We also subscribe, very heavily, to the concept of sustainable growth (at the core of our own Mission Statement) in terms of how our clients benefit from using us, as our Associate Network and our business as a whole.

With our Programmes we aim to deliver a comprehensive Learning and Development Solution. This is much more than simply selling training courses, where delegates turn up, get trained and leave, probably in the hope that they will retain as much as possible.

We also continuously develop and fine tune our Programmes; as well as keeping abreast of new and exciting developments and discoveries in the field of Learning and Development, we provide a highly valuable resource.  Our knowledge and expertise is considerable, taking years of study and research and massive investment to accumulate.  This all forms part of the service we deliver to our clients.

We differentiate our service through several features and in particular we focus on providing Programmes that are sustainable, as mentioned earlier.  We also aim to work with our clients to create a culture of positive development and growth.
