Available Course Formats
Our Programmes have become acclaimed for their effective and pragmatic approach to creating dynamic and sustainable change. Much more than a mere study into the science of human psychology, we focus all our development courses on pre-determined outcomes.
Each course is delivered at the convenience of our client, normally at their own location or a suitable training/conference venue located nearby. Course numbers are between eight and twelve, with ten participants being the optimum. This allows sufficient time to complete all exercises and for full engagement from every participant on the course.
‘‘The Winning Edge’ – Full Programme - Our flagship ‘Two+Two’ training event - Part I: two days back-to-back, with a Part 2 following approximately 4-6 weeks later, again two days back-to-back, making this a four day course in total.
The first three days consist of presenting the Five Fundamental Elements of Success and Excellence, whilst the fourth day is spent exploring ways in which The Winning Edge ethos and methodology can be leveraged to address particular client issues; such as discovering ways to generate revenue, save costs, provide solutions to long-standing problems, improve morale and motivation, plus many more. A successful leader and manager needs the kind of presence and charisma that can be built only on a secure self-image and strong sense of purpose.
