Richard has for over 25 years pioneered a refreshing and exciting way to look at Personal Development.  Acknowledged for his pragmatism, Richard is no fan of the ‘pink and fluffy’ approach to the subject but rather has built his own reputation on writing and delivering programmes that get to the point and are often challenging.  The results speak for themselves though.  His courses equip individuals and teams with appropriate knowledge and tools that really make a difference.

Long before the concept of ‘Personal Development’ was popular in the UK Richard was leading the way in terms of helping people to understand what they really could achieve in life.  He has personally trained and developed tens of thousands of individuals and is still regarded by many previous course participants as a highly-respected mentor and guide.  Richard is also a trusted advisor to the leading executives of numerous top commercial organisations; providing his support through executive coaching.

Much more than a mere figure-head Richard still continues to travel widely (including a trip to China in 2008) and still finds his passion ignited every time he delivers a course.  Known for his down-to-earth, practical and often provocative attitude Richard has a real thirst for life and above all enjoys witnessing dramatic change and growth in those who experience his programme The Winning Edge.  Very much a family man Richard lives in rural Norfolk and enjoys an eclectic mix of pastimes and interests.  As an avid reader on the subject of human psychology and philosophy Richard plans to publish his first book later in 2010.
